Leadership

Ryan and his wife Julie Christopher live in Arlington, Texas with 7 kids (Morgan, Levi, Matthew, Luci, Kate, Jessi, and David). Ryan has served in various ministry capacities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 2005 and planted Praxis in 2012. He has Master of Divinity and Master of Religion degrees from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University.

Larry has been involved in Worship Ministries, either as a contemporary band leader or worship leader, since the mid-90s. He is responsible for the Sunday Morning Experience at PCC. He and Lisa met at Oklahoma Baptist University in '86, have been married since '87 and have 2 children that are also serving in the local church as church musicians. Larry and family enjoy camping, fishing, and finding God where you least expect.

Julie Christopher was born in Dallas and spent the first 12 years of her life in the Dallas area. She moved to Ohio from 1991 to 2001 before returning to the Dallas area. Beginning in high school, the Lord began a work in her heart, but it was not until 2002 that she surrendered her heart to Jesus. Because of her background and conversion at the age of 22, she has a heart for the disenfranchised from church, the unchurched, and the lost. She has a BA in Religion, an MA in Biblical Counseling and is currently pursuing her Masters of Divinity. She is committed to seeing people find Jesus and healing for their hearts. She is married Ryan Christopher and has 7 children.

Scarlett is the wife of Chris, and mom of four great kids: Aidan, Sienna, Carter, and Addison. She was radically saved in 2010 and led to Praxis in 2013 with a calling to follow and serve Jesus. The church has been faithful in their discipleship on her journey. She is currently pursuing a degree in Christian Ministry at Regent University. Scarlett believes that the Holy Spirit can move in the youngest heart and that we often have a lot to learn from the love of Jesus displayed in children. She knows firsthand that despite any past failings or generational curses, there is great power in being a family that prays, studies, and worships the Lord together. She longs to be a support in building strong families for the Kingdom.

As a firefighter and former paramedic, Michael has spent his life helping people in dire need through difficult situations. The physical, desperate situations of others mirrored his own life of spiritual desperation. Fittingly, he himself was rescued from the terrible combination of sin enslavement and legalism. As a structured way to know and understand the Bible, he enrolled at Criswell College. He continues learning in and out of the classroom, recognizing the key to using Biblical knowledge is listening to and cooperating with the Holy Spirit. Continual rescue by the savior of the world, Jesus Christ, brings him continued hope. Michael and Charlece, his wife of 19 years, live in Fort Worth.

Robby is one of the founding members of Praxis and has been blessed to have been able to serve Praxis in several facets. Whether he is playing as part of the worship team, serving in the children's ministry, or being part of the church leadership team, Robby has a desire to see lives changed as a result of the grace of Jesus Christ. He is married to his better half, Robin, and they have 2 children, Fiona, who is 3, and Amelia, who just turned 1 year old. In his free time Robby enjoys playing guitar, reading, Netflix, perfecting the art of beard growing, and devouring tacos.

Gene, currently serving on the Elder staff at PCC, is 73 years old. He is married to his soul mate of 53 years.
